On-Ramp Classes:

One time cost of $60. Due at start of On-Ramp

Each new member will be required to take 6 one hour On-Ramp Classes.

This is a semi-personal training program designed to give the individual a better understanding of what CrossFit is all about. This program will teach and help improve the proper technique of the basic movements, and  help beginners regardless of  their skill or fitness level learn how to properly and safely execute the movements used in group classes.  We will show you how to track your progress in a journal to ensure your constant improvement. Also provide nutritional information for leading a healthy lifestyle which includes, foods to eat, foods to avoid and the science behind eating healthy. After the 6 class session you will graduate to the group sessions!

Here is a breakdown of what we cover in our On-Ramp classes:

• Squats: air squat, front squat, overhead squat, back-squat
• Presses: shoulder press, push press, push jerk
• Power movements: deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, kettle bell swings
• Olympic movements: clean and jerk, snatch
• Gymnastics: pull-up, push-ups, burpees, ring dips, muscle-ups, Handstands, l-sits etc..
• Other common movements: thrusters, wall ball, rowing, box jumps, jump roping.

Please understand that all movements have modifications and we are happy to work with all abilities.

*If you have previous CrossFit experience either on your own, or at other CrossFit boxes, we will have you demonstrate proper technique and understanding of the movements, if we feel you are knowledgeable and safely executing the movements we will let you enter immediately into the group class sessions.

On-Ramp Classes

These will be 6- 1 hour sessions which we will schedule to fit your as best with your schedule as possible.  Every new member must complete the On-Ramp course to move on to group classes.

Group Class Pricing:

Individual = $100/Month no contract

  • $92.50/Month 6 month contract
  • $85/Month 12 month contract
  • 3x Per Week = $75/ Month
  • 2x Per Week = $60/ Month

Couples/Buddies = $180/Month no contract

  • $167.50/Month 6 month contract
  • $155/Month 12 month contract

Family = $250/Month no contract (3 People)

  • $242.50/Month 6 month contract
  • $235/Month 12 month contract
